March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month

Raise your hand if you have scheduled your colonoscopy!  If you haven't and you know your are due, just do it, it could save your life.

As a breast cancer survivor I am extremely proactive with my health and know first hand the importance of early detection. I get it, no one enjoys these regular health check ups.
